How to take your measurements
Waist circumference
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist without pulling the tape tight.
Hip circumference
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
How to measure a garment flat
Lay a similar garment that fits you well on a flat surface without stretching it, then compare its dimensions with the chart.
