The Mikini site offers swimsuits (one-piece, bikinis, tops and bottoms), as well as tanning clothes and accessories for sale.
Any order placed on the site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of products offered on the Mikini site.

Mikini reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at the time of order validation.
Article 5 — Order

The Customer certifies the accuracy of the information provided.
The order is final after payment validation and email confirmation.
Mikini reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including fraud, non-payment, or incorrect information.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order.
Payment is made via the methods offered on the site.
In case of payment failure or suspected fraud, the order may be refused or canceled.
Article 7 — Shipping and Delivery
Orders are prepared within an estimated 1 business day.
The estimated delivery time is 6 to 9 business days after shipment.
Delivery terms are specified before order confirmation.
In case of delay beyond Mikini's control, liability cannot be held beyond legal obligations.

The Customer is advised to check the condition of the package upon receipt.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days.
It may be deferred until receipt of the product or proof of shipment.
