Return and Refund Policy

At Mikini, we ensure clear and transparent return conditions.
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all physical products sold on the Mikini website.

2. Return period
Returns can be requested within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
3. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- be in a condition suitable for resale
- not have been used abnormally
- be returned, as far as possible, in its original packaging
Returned products must be unused, in a new condition and suitable for resale.
Before any return, the customer must contact customer service at support@mymikini.com indicating:
- the order number
- the product concerned
- the reason for the return
- photos if necessary
No return should be made without prior approval.
4. Right of withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The request must be sent to: support@mymikini.com
After notification, the product must be returned within 14 days.
5. Return shipping costs
Except in special cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Since returns are processed at an address outside French territory, return shipping costs may be higher than a domestic shipment.
Return shipping costs are only covered by Mikini in the following cases:
- defective product
- product damaged upon delivery
- incorrect or non-compliant product
No restocking fees are applied.
6. Exchanges
Mikini offers free size exchanges for eligible products, subject to stock availability.
The costs related to the size exchange are covered by Mikini.
To request a size exchange, the customer must contact customer service at support@mymikini.com indicating:
- the order number
- the product concerned
- the desired size
- photos if necessary
After validation by our customer service, instructions will be communicated by email.
Exchange conditions:
- the product must be unused, in a like-new and clean condition for resale
- the product must be returned, if possible, in its original packaging
- the exchange is offered only for a size change
- the exchange is free for the customer
- the exchange remains subject to stock availability
If the requested size is no longer available, Mikini may propose another solution, such as a credit, a refund, or a return depending on the case.
7. Defective or non-compliant products
In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect product, the customer must contact customer service as soon as possible with:
- the order number
- a description of the problem
- photos of the product
After analysis, Mikini may propose:
- a replacement
- a new shipment
- a full or partial refund
8. Product not received
If the order is not received within the estimated time, the customer must contact customer service.
After verification, an appropriate solution will be proposed (reshipment or refund).
9. Order cancellation
An order can be canceled free of charge as long as it has not been shipped.
After shipping, the customer must follow the return procedure.
10. Refund
In case of approved return, the refund is made via the original payment method.
The refund occurs:
- after receipt and inspection of the returned product
- or after file validation in case of problem (not received, defect, error)
The processing time is a maximum of 14 days.
11. Scope of the refund
In case of valid withdrawal:
- the product price is refunded
- initial standard delivery fees may be refunded in accordance with regulations
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in special cases.
12. Exceptions
Customized or made-to-measure products cannot be returned, except in case of defect or non-compliance.
